We recruit well-qualified teachers from India after proper selection by a well-experienced interview team. The selected teachers are brought to the USA under a J-1 Cultural Exchange Visa or the H1B Visa. Apart from that, we provide support to the teachers in obtaining the teaching license and preparation for the required exams, loans for car purchase, medical assurance and consistent sustenance and make them happy campers in the USA by troubleshooting all their problems.

During the school year, Unique Services Associates, Inc. staff will visit the teachers at school in-order to ensure that the teachers are implementing the goals of the Unique Services Associates, Inc. program and functioning to the standards of the host-district. We make detailed observations of the teachers’ classroom performance and meet the academic administrators to assess their needs and make them horn their skills in teaching.
